Back To School Mass/Potluck on Sunday, September 9.  Mount Royal Academy students, faculty and parents will be celebrating the start to the 2012-2013 school year at the 10 a.m. Mass at St. Joachim on September 9. EVERYONE is invited to attend this Mass, regardless of whether or not you are Catholic. We are gearing up for the start of school on Tuesday, Sept. 4th! Renowned Author Joseph Pearce Named Visiting Scholar

Mount Royal Academy announced today that author Joseph Pearce will serve as Visiting Scholar beginning this fall.  Pearce is the renowned biographer of Catholic literary figures such as G.K. Chesterton, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Hilaire Belloc. As Visiting Scholar Pearce will deliver public lectures on Shakespeare and masterworks such as J.R.R. Tolkien’s Hobbit, as well as the thought of G.K. Mount Royal Academy is thankful and very excited to announce that Mr. Patrick Reilly, president of the nationally acclaimed Catholic apostolate The Cardinal Newman Society, will be visiting the MRA campus on September 4th, the first day of school! Summer Cleaning and Construction

We are pleased to announce that the new PreK-8 classroom building is completed! Now that construction is over, the campus grounds are being reconstructed as well. By September 3rd, the first day of school, the entire parking lot will be paved, as well as the walkways and paths connection the three campus buildings. Campus Expansion Nearing Completion

These are exciting times at Mount Royal. Not only has God graced us with more students and families than ever before (we are about to eclipse a total enrollment of 130 students!!!), He has also continually provided the infrastructure and resources needed in order to adequately educate and form the students. It appears as if the new classroom building for the Garden and elementary grade levels will be completed by August 1st.
